The Dutchess County-Poughkeepsie Land Bank (DCPLB) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified, licensed architectural firms (“Respondent”) to provide comprehensive architectural, structural engineering, and site design services.
The purpose of this project is to develop a high-quality, energy-efficient, and contextually appropriate 2-family or 3-family residential building on a vacant lot owned by the Land Bank located at 60 Lincoln Avenue City of Poughkeepsie, New York.
